ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH OFFICER
SA Water is an internationally recognised water utility wholly owned by the
Government of South Australia for the people of South Australia. We deliver
water and wastewater services to almost 1.5 million people across the State.
With an annual turnover in excess of $900 million per annum, assets of more
than $8.6 billion and more than 1500 employees, SA Water is a big part of the
South Australian landscape.
You will be responsible for enhancing SA Water's business capability through
the creation and implementation of organisational development strategies
that enable the organisation to attract, retain and engage employees of the
highest calibre, and support a high achieving culture. The number and variety
of significant projects SA Water is delivering combined with high community
expectations means our staff really are our most important asset.
With a proven track record of delivery in a large and complex organisation
and comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in a range of HR/OD
disciplines, including the principles and practical implementation of strategic
and tactical organisational change, you will have demonstrated experience of
leading a learning and development function and implementing leadership and
management development initiatives.
