Reporting to the Manager Finance, you will be responsible for contributing to the
provision of timely, meaningful and accurate financial information. Provide training
and support for all users of Council's financial information systems as well as
administrative, project and research support to the finance and management team.
Good team building and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to
meet conflicting deadlines. Accounting qualifications as a CPA or CA are essential
for this position.
This position will require the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets including
the ability to present complex financial information in a user friendly manner.

Our client is currently seeking a Contract Administrator to work on major works
in the organisation, with a large reputable organisation based in Adelaide South
You will manage and be responsible for:
• Award and control of sub-contracts
• Cost controls and monthly cost reporting, whilst ensuring data integrity
• Risk assessment, insurances, bank guarantees, subcontractor payment,
retention and head progress claims
• Management of contractual claims, variations whilst ensuring data integrity.
You will be an astute, motivated individual, commercially and contractually skilled
in contract administration and cost control. You will have appropriate qualifications
with a proven background in Contract Administration on range of projects.
